Who we are
Innotechwise Private Limited is an India-registered, AI-first enterprise software company. We build production AI solutions, agents, and research that operate inside any enterprise stack — ERP, CRM, cloud, data platform, or internal system. We are deliberately vendor-agnostic: AWS, Azure, GCP, SAP — wherever our customers already run, we plug in.
Sister company: Futuryntix UK
Innotechwise has a UK sister company, Futuryntix UK Ltd, headquartered in Derby. Same founder, same engineering principles, two regulatory homes. We collaborate on platform engineering, research, and large enterprise engagements — and offer customers the choice of working with whichever entity fits their procurement, data residency, and contracting needs.
Why AI-first now
In 2024, large language models crossed a line. They became fluent enough in enterprise context to reason about the problems Aman had watched unfold for two decades — and capable enough that the right surrounding software (memory, tools, governance, evals) turned them into dependable solutions.
Innotechwise was founded to apply that shift in India first — where the combination of deep enterprise experience, scaling engineering talent, and a regulatory environment moving rapidly toward continuous compliance creates a uniquely fertile ground for AI-first products.
What vendor-agnostic means here
It means our solutions speak to any LLM, any cloud, any ERP, any data warehouse, and any CRM. A customer running Oracle + AWS + OpenAI gets the same care as one running SAP + Azure + Claude. We will deliberately recommend a competitor when they're a better fit.

- Smart Inventory — AI-assisted phantom-inventory detection for retailers, 3PLs, warehousing operators.
- EPR & Recycling — continuous EPR + recycling compliance for Indian plastic and e-waste producers.
Where we are
Registered in India under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). Operations across India, with the UK sister company providing access to European customers.
Where we're going
A small portfolio of narrow, AI-assisted solutions in production across multiple industries — built for India first, deployed globally through the Innotechwise + Futuryntix group. No unicorn narratives. No hype cycles. Just useful software, shipped into real enterprises, on whatever stack they run.
